The Lancaster Youth Leadership & Development Program is a non-profit 501c(3) organization, created to develop the youth of the community with training and activities designed to build character, instill discipline and moral values.

We mentor and motivate kids, teaching discipline, respect, teamwork and dedication in a fun, “kid-friendly” way.

We inspire values-based actions and decision-making skills by building character.

We foster positive actions by challenging them through activities, instilling motivation and promoting achievement in all areas of their lives.

We help them develop a sense of dedication to self-improvement, teamwork, community, and helping others.

We conduct cultural awareness and diversity training. We help them learn and understand more about other cultures locally and of the world.

We teach an appreciation for diversity, bringing them closer together and helping them learn more about each other, which helps bond the community as they grow up together.

Since the start of the Program in February 2017, we have grown to over 100 kids on the current active roster, and have trained with over 200 throughout the year.

This program is free to all kids, which makes funding vital. Community support is essential for the sustainment, continued growth, and success of the program.
Join us as we invest in the future of Lancaster.

Support may be provided by: volunteering, sponsorship, resources, or monetary donations (donations can be tax exemptions in accordance with state and federal tax laws as written under 501c(3).
